ForexCoffee ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what limited technical data may be processed when you use the application.


2. Data We Collect

We do not require account registration and we do not collect personal information such as name, email address, financial data, or precise location.

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. For this purpose, a device push notification token is generated and stored.

This token:

  • Does not directly identify you
  • Is used only to deliver notifications you have enabled
  • Becomes inactive if you uninstall the app

3. Purpose of Processing

Technical data (push notification token) is processed solely for delivering alerts and notifications you subscribe to within the app.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.


4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a service requested by the user
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in operating and maintaining the app
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent for push notifications

5. Third-Party Service Provider

Push notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Limited technical data may be processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy:

6. Data Retention

Push notification tokens are stored only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you uninstall the app, the associated token becomes inactive.


7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access or misuse.


8. Your Rights (EU Users)

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data processed. To exercise your rights, please contact us.


9. Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
