Luxent ("we", "us", "our") provides market analysis, trading alerts, and indicator notifications for informational purposes only.

By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.


2. No Investment Advice

Luxent is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

All content, signals, alerts, and market information provided within the app are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.


3. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange (forex), commodities, indices, or other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Not all signals will be profitable.
  • Some trades may result in losses.

By using this app, you accept full responsibility for your investment decisions and understand the risks involved.


4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of any information
  • The profitability of any signal
  • That signals will be provided every trading day
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Market conditions may result in slow periods where no signals are sent.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from:

  • Use of the app
  • Reliance on signals or market information
  • Trading decisions made by users

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.


6. Subscription & Billing

Luxent offers optional Premium subscriptions, including a 7-day free introductory trial for eligible users.

  • The 7-day free trial begins upon subscription confirmation.
  • After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID account will be charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial period, if not canceled.
  • Prices may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
  • Subscriptions may be managed and canceled through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their applicable policies.


7. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this app and participation in financial markets complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Apple Terms

These Terms of Use are between you and Luxent, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by the user or any third party relating to the app or the user’s possession and use of the app.
